For Conveyor Roller, Drum and Pulley

Warranty Coverage:

• AEW offers a comprehensive 5 years (for 8 Hour shift operation or 14,600 hours) warranty on the Conveyor Roller/Drum/Pulley, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, proper maintenance, and cleaning.
• The warranty specifically covers rubber wear and tear, as well as bearing failures.
• AEW will repair or replace any defective parts covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear are not included.
• This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the Conveyor Roller/Drum/Pulley.

Limitations and Exclusions:

• Unauthorized modifications or the use of non-AEW replacement parts and components will void the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear.
• AEW shall not be liable for any malfunction or damage caused by improper use, mishandling, insufficient maintenance, inadequate power supply, earth connection issues, overload, or use of the equipment beyond its intended scope as described in the quotation.
• Mechanical failures in the conveyors Roller/Drum/Pulley that occur during normal use within this specified period are covered.

Warranty Period:

• The warranty period spans 5 years (for 8 Hour shift operation or 14,600 hours) from the date of transport of the conveyors, with a maximum of 2 months after delivery of the materials.

Running Life and Bearing Failure:

• The running life of the product is guaranteed for 5 years (for 8 Hour shift operation or 14,600 hours).
• Bearing failures within this timeframe will be covered, and the defective item will be replaced.

Claim Process:

• To avail of warranty services, the original purchaser must notify AEW promptly of any defects or issues.
• AEW reserves the right to inspect and assess the product to determine eligibility for warranty coverage.

Additional Terms:

• Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to resolution through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser as specified above.

By purchasing and using the Conveyor Roller/Drum/Pulley, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions outlined herein. AEW reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
